For standard products, we aim to ship orders within two business days of receiving your purchase. Shipping time then depends on your location and USPS First Class transit times from Austin, Texas, so it’s usually a good idea to plan on about a week from order to delivery.
For custom products, we aim to ship within 7–10 days of receiving your order, plus the USPS First Class shipping time mentioned above.
If you have a specific date you’re trying to hit, we’re happy to explore expedited options via USPS, FedEx, or UPS whenever possible.
