If you ordered a custom product, you’ll also receive a follow-up or two reminding you to tell us the word and colors for your piece. When your order ships, you’ll get a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
If you haven't received one or more of the notices above, chances are you'll find it with a little search for "dot & dash design" in your email account. (It's pretty rare, but sometimes it might be trapped in a spam filter.)
